Bridge4Youth connects constituents living in NYC with free resources provided by Community Based Organizations (CBOs). Our maps detail a wide range of support programs aimed at aiding youth and families in need.
At Bridge4Youth, we focus on empowering the youth through equitable access to education resources, food security resources, and any other wraparound supports that they may need and that are offered in their communities.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 for immediate emergencies. For urgent food security needs, call 3-1-1 or visit a food pantry.
For temporary housing assistance, please visit an HRA Benefits Access Center (BAC) in-person.
